Approach
Children require firm authority as they formulate the boundaries of the world around them.
However, authority does not mean forcing children to mindlessly repeat things but instead to constantly gamify challenges where they are organically motivated to push their physical and mental limits and then hold them accountable to the agreed rules amongst other good-to-have principles such as kindness, determination and honesty.
Authority also means looking out for children who are weaker in their abilities, adapting the challenge level to maintain their motivation, and facilitate a mutually encouraging environment.
Note
1. Make sure your child has had a good rest the night before.
2. Give your child something light to eat before class.
3. Ensure that s/he wears comfortable clothing and sports shoes.
4. Bring 1L of water for your child and a change of clothes/towel if necessary.
5. There are NO toilet facilities nearby. Use the toilet before class.
Class Cancellation Policy
If class is cancelled, Class Registrants will be promptly informed via Mobile Contact (e.g. WhatsApp) and Passes used for class registration will be fully returned.
1. Rain
This is an OUTDOOR class subjected to unexpected Heavy Rain. In rare cases where Safety and Optimum Class Experience are compromised, Coach Shie Boon may decide to cancel the class 30 minutes or more before the class starting time.
2. Coach Unavailability
If Coach is unable to teach due to unforeseen emergencies.
3. Minimum of 4 Registrants
Class will continue with a Minimum Attendance of 4 registrants. For this class, the cut-off time will be 12pm on the day itself.
