Approach
All exercises are carefully designed to gradually increase stimulus to the body and mind for each individual. This class helps improve muscular strength, spatial and body awareness, bone density and blood circulation. It also enhances soft skills such as balance, agility, adaptability and resilience to falls.
It usually takes about 3-6 months of continuous attendance to see lasting results.
Notes Before Class
1. Have a good sleep.
2. Eat something light especially if it's your first time.
3. Wear comfortable clothing and sports shoes.
4. Bring 1L of water and a change of clothes/towel if needed.
5. There are no toilet facilities at the class location itself - Try to only drink sips of water and remember to use the toilet.
Class Cancellation Policy
If class is cancelled, Class Registrants will be promptly informed via Mobile Contact (e.g. WhatsApp) and Passes used for class registration will be fully returned.
1. Rain
This is an OUTDOOR class subjected to unexpected Heavy Rain. In rare cases where Safety and Optimum Class Experience are compromised, Coach Shie Boon may decide to cancel the class 30 minutes or more before the class starting time.

If Coach is unable to teach due to unforeseen emergencies.
